The CollegeR does not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of — but you have rights under state laws.
Your Rights (California / Virginia / Colorado / and others)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
- Access or request a copy of your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete your personal information.
- Opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (not applicable — we don't sell or share for advertising).
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
How to Exercise These Rights
Use the in-app data export (Settings → Account → Export family data) or contact us at privacy@thecolleger.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Authorized Agents
You may authorize an agent to make requests on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization.
Minors
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian may exercise these rights on your behalf. We do not sell or share the personal information of minors.
